Wow, I like the picture frame teleporters in marics111. Reminds me somehow of mario64 Never saw it before in a Q2 map. Very good idea. I thought of something similar before: Such a room (closed) in a Q2 map. All spawnpoints are in the room, so the player could choose where to respawn. Wouln't that be nice

@margaal: I've had a look at your maps and they look great! Maybe with the exception of that large city map they don't look as if they require several hours of VIS compile time though. You did use detail brushes, didn't you?
Have a look at my map, it took ~ 2 secs to VIS. Lighting took a bit longer of course but altogether the map takes 4 mins to compile. maybe it would take hours if I set all brushes to structural. If your map takes hours something is strange with your map or computer I guess (or with mine?).
